Default Graphics problem

Ok, so I was bored and decided to check to see if my drivers were up to date and when I went to NVIDIA's driver update page I found that I could indeed update my driver for my graphics card. So after I download, install, and reboot my computer I decide to log into Guild Wars to see if it made any differences, but as I load any zone my screen freaks out for about one second, before returning to normal. Does anyone know what is going on? Or maybe a way to switch back to the old version of the driver that I was using before because my screen freaking out really kills the fun in playing the game.

There is indeed a driver archive page on nVidia. It goes by video card, so I can't really provide a link. Look around on the driver page though, and it will be there.

Thanks, after a little bit of looking and some trial and error I found some drivers that work. In another thread there is something mentioned about GW:EN having some problems with some nvidia graphics cards. do you know anything about that or another thread the goes into a bit more detail?

update: just wanted to throw an update out here, got a "graphics error, guild wars must reboot" error message about an hour of playing after going to the older driver. it took me to some support page where it said i could reinstall my original driver by doing such and such, didn't work the way it said it would on the web page. had to go back to the newest driver from nvidia and even though it doesn't work perfectly, it works better than before. the corners of the screen aren't "smugged" like before and the screen tripping out while loading is only a flash. it still sucks but i guess it is livable now.
